High-Speed Digital Printing
At the core of our facility is the VastraJet Elite array. Operating at industrial speeds, we translate intricate CAD designs directly onto the fabric at a stunning 1440 DPI, guaranteeing absolute color fidelity and razor-sharp geometric precision.
Thermal Fixation & Finishing
Brilliant colors are useless if they fade. Every meter undergoes 102°C high-pressure steam fixation to permanently lock in Reactive and Acid dyes. We finish with a rigorous hydro-extraction process to ensure maximum color fastness and a premium, soft hand-feel.
